VetGroup 1 is a CVE verified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) joint venture (JV) between Windsor Corp LTD and Select Computing Inc.

VetGroup 1 is a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 3 appraised company, for both the development and services models. Each of the JV’s entities have over 20 years of experience as a systems integrators, business and technology consulting, and are focused on Federal Health Information Technology, with expertise in program management, legacy systems modernization, data management, and infrastructure management. We bring expertise in enterprise architecture where an agency seeks to replace a system and implement new business processes.

Our customers include the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) (since 2003), Small Business Administration (SBA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and several state agencies, including the Minnesota Department of Health Services (DHS).

Our past VA experience includes enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, applications architecture, business analysis and architecture, project/program management, and software development on a variety of platforms and projects at the VA Debt Management Center. Our architects are TOGAF certified. These architects are also proficient with FEAF and DoDAF.
